On life’s journey, people often adopt thoughts and behaviors that hold them back, due to life changes, not believing in themselves, fears, indecisiveness, and so on.
Helping people free themselves from these patterns, and find ways to love themselves enough to put their best foot forward and express themselves in the most desirable way possible, is my lifework.
Being a mentor for immigrants, and being an immigrant myself,I’m familiar with the added challenges (beyond life’s usual challenges) that living in a country different from the one you were raised in can bring.
Based on my extensive experience, working with immigrants from all around the world and supporting them emotionally, I will provide a safe environment and practical tools for you to achieve your end-goals.
Goals can include job searching, new friendships, relationships, happiness with the current situation, or anything else. Are you ready for a change? If you are contact me and I’ll help you feel at home in your adoptive country.

Emotional Consultation for Immigrants
Life can throw us many challenges. At times, we can feel overwhelmed and lack direction. During times like this, Lital will provide a safe environment to understand the CORE blockers to regain empowerment for achieving end goals. These are interactive sessions, where the mentee shares and gets supportive feedback. Lital will provide mentees with practical tools they can use right away and long after the sessions are over.
